Today it was the turn of Brno, in Czech Republic! The venue Semilasso is a beautiful theater made by wood: the concert hall when we arrived was full of tables, in fact at 2pm there was a traditional Christmas Fest with dances and music performed by children for grandparents....I took a look and it was really fun to watch the traditional dances and listen to music performed by very young but highly trained interpreters!
Today there was also time for soundcheck, sounds were great and the audience super, another positive gig for us!
The top moment of the day took place at the end of concerts: Miriam, singer of Heavenshine started to improvise at piano "O Sole Mio" and we all sang in chorus, Therion and Arkona included! Really exciting and hilarious moments! Then our keyboardist David with Vladimir of Arkona improvised something together at piano with 4 hands. After that it was the turn of Thomas Vikstrom from Therion that sang and played songs by Abba: our singer Filippo joined him and together they made duets on songs from Abba and Queen...these are unforgettable moments that only a tour like this can give you and that we will remember with a smile when all this will end!
Oggi è stata la volta di Brno, in Repubblica Cieca! La venue Semilasso, è un bellissimo teatro completamente in legno, tutto addobbato in stile natalizio: la sala concerti è occupata da tavoli apparecchiati, infatti fino alle 14 si è svolta una festa tradizionale con balli e musiche eseguite da bambini e ragazzi per un pubblico di nonni....io sono andata a sbirciare ed è stato davvero divertente assistere alle danze tradizionali del luogo e ascoltare musiche eseguite alla perfezione da strumenti ad arco e fiato di giovanissimi ma preparatissimi interpreti! Oggi c'è stato tempo anche per il soundcheck, i suoni sono risultati ottimi e il pubblico numeroso e partecipe: un altro live positivo per noi!
Il momento top della giornata si è svolto a fine concerti, dove è andato a crearsi un vero e proprio party: Miriam, la cantante degli Heavenshine si è messa a improvvisare al pianoforte "O sole Mio" e l'abbiamo cantata tutti in coro, Therion e Arkona compresi! Momenti davvero esilaranti e emozionanti! Al piano poi si sono messi il nostro tastierista Davide e Vladimir degli Arkona e insieme hanno improvvisato qualcosa a 4 mani. Dopodiche è stata la volta di Thomas Vikstrom dei Therion che si è messo a cantare e suonare brani degli Abba: si è poi aggiunto il nostro cantante Filippo e insieme hanno duettato su pezzi degli Abba e dei Queen...questi sono momenti indimenticabili che solo un tour come questo ti può regalare e che ripenseremo con un sorriso quando tutto ciò sarà finito!
