Yesterday it was finally the time to come back in the studio with my Evenoire, after one year and an half since the release of first album "Vitriol". We chose to record again at Dreamsound Studios in Munich (Germany), the last time we had a great time and the result sounds exactly like we want.
We left from Cremona at 11 am and arrived in Munich at 6 pm: it was exciting as always to take the Brenner highway and see the landscapes slowly change and become more and more fabulous, Trento, Bolzano, Brixen, Innsbruck, between mountains and snow-covered valleys. We made the usual stop for lunch before crossing the border and finally, when it was already dark, we saw the Allianz Arena and got to Frankfurter Ring. Monaco welcomed back us with a beautiful snowfall and very hard temperatures, but with the usual magical atmosphere. Got into the studio we were welcomed by technicians Djukovic Dejan and Daniel Rehbein: it was nice to find them again and make the first talk together. We made the drums ready, a fast break at the B&B in front of the studio and then we went to the city center for eating nice Bavarian food an drinking a good HB beer in a traditional pub! Daniele is ready to give his best in the studio today!

Ieri è finalmente arrivato il momento di tornare in studio coi miei Evenoire, a distanza di un anno e mezzo circa dall'uscita del primo album "Vitriol". Abbiamo scelto di tornare ai Dreamsound Studios di Monaco di Baviera, la scorsa volta ci siamo trovati benissimo e il risultato a livello si sound è esattamente ciò che volevamo.
Si inizia con la batteria e ho deciso di accompagnare Daniele per la sua sessione di registrazioni.
Partenza alle ore 11 e arrivo alle 18 circa a Monaco: è stato emozionante come sempre percorrere l'autostrada del Brennero, vedere il paesaggio pian piano cambiare e farsi sempre più fiabesco, passare Trento, Bolzano, Bressanone, Innsbruk, tra i monti e le valli già innevate, fare la classica sosta in autogrill per il pranzo prima di passare il confine e infine, quando già si è fatto buio, passare davanti all'Allianz Arena e arrivare finalmente a Frankfurter Ring. Monaco ci ha dato il bentornati con una bella nevicata e temperature davvero rigide, ma con la solita atmosfera magica. Saliti in studio ci hanno accolto i tecnici Dejan Djukovic e Daniel Rehbein: è stato bello ritrovarli e fare le prime chiacchiere insieme. Abbiamo preparato la batteria, un salto al B&B di fronte allo studio per sistemarci e poi via dritti filati finalmente a mangiare un bel piatto bavarese con una stupenda birrozza HB in un pub tipico!! Daniele è più che pronto a dare il massimo oggi in studio!!
